On July 7th, 20/20 Vision along with other organizations in the environmental community obtained insider intelligence that the Senate would likely vote on the McCain-Lieberman climate change bill. Unfortunately, Senate majority leader Bill Frist (R-TN) put the bill on hold, and it's likely we won't get a vote before the August Senate recess.
