Urge the House Select Comittee on Capitial Punishment to Recommend a Moratorium!

The House Select Comittee on Capital Punishment began meeting in February of 2006. Since that time they have failed to hear valuable testimony that recommends a moratorium on executions. Please send a brief message to the members of that committee urging them to recommend a moratorium
