Exploring the Borderlands Between Science and Religion
With Kathleen L. Housley

Tuesday, March 25, 2008
7 p.m.

Presented by: Hartford Seminary, 77 Sherman Street, Hartford

Online registration is located at:

Faith and science are often considered to be polar opposites,
requiring a person to be either a skeptic or a true believer.
Some people contend that they are totally separate realms that
speak different languages. Others attempt to unite them by ideas
such as intelligent design and the anthropic principle. One difficult
sticking point is the nature of human intelligence. If the human mind
is only a "computer made of meat" as one scientist has stated, what
does that mean to the idea of people being made in God's image?
