Read the report We’ve believed it for years. With at least 123 people freed from death row after evidence of their innocence emerged, it seemed inevitable that one day, news of an execution of an innocent person would emerge. Our latest report establishes a solid argument that in the four cases examined, an innocent person has been executed.

Does your state know about this research? Why don't you send a message to your governor, who has yet to announce opposition to the dealth penalty, urging that the NCADP report be read and considered.
