- Once connected, you will press 1 to be connected to your Senators or 2 to be connected to your Representative. Then you will be asked for your 5 digit zip code. In the case of the Senators, you will pick which one you want to be connected to. It does require that we make three phone calls in order to leave a message with each office. (This also enables the calls to be counted) It should not take more than 15 min total. If you get voice mail, leave a message - your opinion will be counted.
