The battle for health care reform is heating up. Right wing opponents of the bill, backed by millions of dollars from insurance companies, are packing Congressional Town Hall meetings around the country to disrupt them and tell atrocious lies about the legislation.

The opponents of health care reform arrive early to fill the room. You must be there by 5:00 today (and try to come as early as 4:30) to get in.

Antoinette Kraus of PUP and Keith Crosby of ACORN will be team leaders for HCAN. They will make sure you get a sticker, poster, and instructions. We have also prepared a guide for health care activists  that will tell you more about our strategy and help you prepare for the events.

Tonight, Philadelphia is at the center of the struggle for health care reform in America. This is your opportunity to build momentum for reform.
