Tuesday, August 14th – San Francisco, CA:
Join us as Lawrence Axil Comras, CEO and President of Green Home Environmental Store, offers a presentation on what it means to be green in our consuming patterns. He will address how we can deepen the level of what we each are already doing to make changes in our everyday lives. His online green products store grew out of the recognition that consumerism is one of the primary forces harming the world but it's also a force that can help save it. When we recognize this enigma and respond by buying well-designed, environmentally superior products, we can all make a difference in our own lives and beyond. Today, there's a green alternative for just about every kind of product on the market, and these type of changes can continue to happen as more people make the connection between their personal health and their personal environment.
An introduction to The Pachamama Alliance will begin the evening at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner (no host) and the evening's presentation. This month's venue is Pena Pachamama, located at 1630 Powell Street, in North Beach, San Francisco, CA. Reasonable parking can be found at the garages on Vallejo between Powell and Stockton, 2 blocks south of the venue.
